ABLE Phone Support with Remote Access
Phone 0900 MY FIX. Sometimes your MYOB support issue can be resolved more efficiently if we are able to see your data file on screen while we’ve got you on the phone. To do this, we use one-click dummy-proof software that lets us see the problem and fix it in real time. This is quality, efficient MYOB support. We can observe you working in MYOB and suggest improvements, we can demonstrate MYOB features while you watch and learn, or we can collaborate on workpapers and transfer files between us. It’s like having your very own personal trainer for MYOB! There is no extra charge for using this service but you do need to have a broadband internet connection.
ABLE Extended MYOB Support
We build ongoing relationships with our regular customers, built on trust and reliability. ABLE Extended MYOB Support covers all of the more time-consuming or complex areas of MYOB support, including:
